Shipping & Delivery

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. Available shipping options and pricing will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary by destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. As a general guide:

  • Standard shipping: typically 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • Express shipping (where available): typically 2–5 business days after dispatch

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be impacted by customs processing, local postal delays, holidays, or factors outside our control.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. You’ll see the total shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where tracking is available). You can use this link to follow your order’s progress.

What happens if my package is lost or delayed?

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier using your tracking number first. If you still need help, email us at collectibles@wmmajors.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address. Please email collectibles@wmmajors.com as soon as possible with your order number and corrected address. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to change the address.


Orders & Payment

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately at collectibles@wmmajors.com with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has started or the order has shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards and other secure payment methods shown at checkout. Available options may vary by region.

Why was my payment declined?

Payments may be declined for a variety of reasons, including bank security checks, incorrect information, or insufficient funds. Please double-check your card details and billing address, or contact your bank for more information. You can also try a different payment method.

Can I apply more than one discount code to my order?

Only one discount code or promotion can usually be applied per order, unless otherwise stated in the promotion’s terms.


Products & Sizing

How do I find my size?

Where applicable, size guides will be available on the product page. We recommend reviewing measurements carefully before placing your order, especially for apparel or fitted items.


Returns & Refunds (Shipped Orders)

What is your return window?

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Do customers pay for return shipping?

Yes. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

  • We sent the wrong item, or
  • The product arrived damaged or defective

In those cases, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping or refund your original shipping.

Are original shipping costs refunded?

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless we made an error with your order (such as sending the wrong item or a confirmed defective product).

Are duties and taxes refundable?

No. Any duties, VAT, or import taxes paid at delivery are collected by local customs and are not refundable by AWMM.

How do I start a return?

Please contact us at collectibles@wmmajors.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll provide instructions for sending your items back.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or product?

Exchanges and size changes are processed as a return plus a new purchase. You can return the original item (subject to our return policy), and place a new order for the size or product you prefer.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.


Pre-Sale Expo Pick-Up Orders

How does pre-sale expo pick-up work?

Pre-sale expo pick-up allows you to order in advance and collect your items at the designated expo location during official expo hours. Your confirmation email will include key details for pick-up.

What do I need to pick up my order?

Please bring your order confirmation email (printed or on your phone) and a valid ID.

Can someone else pick up my order for me?

Yes. Someone else may pick up your order if they have your confirmation email and order details.

What happens if I don’t pick up my pre-sale expo order?

If your order is not collected at the expo:

  • You will be refunded 80% of the order value
  • We retain 20% to cover processing, handling, and event fulfillment costs

Will you ship unclaimed expo items?

No. Expo pick-up items are not shipped after the event. Unclaimed orders are automatically refunded at the 80% rate.

Can I cancel a pre-sale expo pick-up order?

Pre-sale expo pick-up orders are final once placed. If you are unable to attend the expo, the non-pickup policy above applies.


Product Availability & Restocks

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Restocks depend on the specific product and event. Some items are limited editions and may not return once sold out.

How can I find out about restocks or new releases?

You can stay updated by subscribing to our email list or following our official channels. Important product launches, restocks, and special releases are usually announced there first.

How do I contact customer service?

What are your support hours?

Support hours may vary, but we aim to respond to messages as quickly as possible but are often delayed during race weeks due to team travel.
