1. AbbottWMM MTT Age Group World Championships Pre-Orders

Can I order online and have my items shipped directly to me?
No. All items must be collected in person at the New York City Marathon Expo.

Where can I pick up my order?
At our booth during the New York City Marathon Expo, October 30 – November 1, 2025.

Can I return my items?
All sales are final. Refunds and returns are not available. Replacements will be offered with proof of damaged items.

What happens if I don’t collect my order at the expo?
You will be refunded 80% of your order value. We retain 20% to cover processing and handling costs.

What if my item is faulty?

  • During the expo: Visit us at our stand.

  • After the event: Contact us through our online form.

What if my merchandise doesn’t fit?
Please review the size charts before purchasing to avoid sizing issues. Sizes are limited at the expo and exchanges may not be possible.

Can I buy items at the expo?
No, we're sorry but we won't have items available to buy. 


2. Sydney Marathon Pre-Orders

Where can I pick up my order?
At our booth during the Sydney Marathon Expo, August 28 – August 30, 2025.

Do I need to bring my order details with me?
Yes. You’ll receive an email containing a QR code to make pickup quick and easy.

  • QR codes will be emailed on July 14 and again on August 22, 2025.

Can I return my items?

All sales are final. Refunds and returns are not available. Replacements will be offered with proof of damaged items.

3. Direct Shipping Orders

Can I have my order shipped directly to me?
Yes – however, direct shipping is available within Australia only.

Which delivery services do you use?
We ship via Australia Post Standard and Express services.

Can I ship to a PO Box?
PO Boxes are fine for Standard delivery, but not available for Express.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your chosen service.

When will my order arrive?

  • Standard: 3–7 business days (depending on location)

  • Express: 1–3 business days in metro areas (allow extra time for regional/remote addresses)
