Return & Refund Policy

Returns (Shipped Orders)

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

  • We sent the wrong item, or
  • The product arrived damaged or defective

In those cases, we’ll cover the cost or refund your original shipping.

Any exchanges or size changes are processed as a return + new purchase.

Original Shipping Fees

All original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless we made an error.

Duties & Taxes

Any duties, VAT, or import taxes paid at delivery are collected by local customs and are not refundable by us.

Final Sale Items

Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.


Pre-Sale Expo Pick-Up Orders

Items purchased for Expo Pick-Up must be collected during the scheduled expo hours for the event.

If You Don’t Pick Up Your Order

If your order is not collected at the expo:

  • You will be refunded 80% of the order value
  • We retain 20% to cover processing, handling, and event fulfillment costs

Will You Ship Unclaimed Expo Items?

No. Expo pick-up items are not shipped after the event. Unclaimed orders are automatically refunded at the 80% rate.

Cancellations

Pre-sale expo pick-up orders are final once placed. If you cannot attend, the non-pickup refund policy applies.

Picking Up on Someone’s Behalf

Someone else may pick up your items if they have your confirmation email or order details.


Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return or non-pickup is processed.
