At Abbott World Marathon Majors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and options when returning products purchased from our online store.
Returns for Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund or replacement (while supplies last).
General Returns
We also accept general returns within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind.
- Items must be returned in good, resaleable condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected.
- Replacements are subject to availability. If an item is no longer available, a refund will be issued.
Exclusions
The following items cannot be returned (unless faulty):
- Items that are used, damaged, or not in resaleable condition
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items (optional — remove if you’d like to allow returns on sale items)
How to Request a Return
- Email us at Collectibles@wmmajors.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- We’ll provide you with return instructions and our return address in Sydney, Australia.
- Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome (refund or replacement).
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required.

Q: What happens if the item I want replaced is out of stock?
If a replacement is not available, you’ll receive a refund instead.
Q: Can I return something if I’m not happy with it?
Yes — we accept general returns within 30 days, as long as the item is in good, resaleable condition.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
If you’re returning under our general returns policy, you’ll cover the return shipping cost. If your item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover it.
Expo Store Pre Order Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns. Please carefully review the size charts before making your purchase.
Damaged Items
Replacements are available only for items damaged prior to pick up or during delivery. To request a replacement, you must provide clear proof of damage before collecting your order.
Size Swaps
Size exchanges may be available at the expo but are limited and not guaranteed. Once pre-sale inventory is gone, no size swaps will be offered—please choose carefully when placing your order.
Unclaimed Orders
If you do not pick up your order at the marathon expo, your purchase will be automatically refunded minus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping of unclaimed items is not available. No exceptions will be made.
