Shipping Overview
We ship worldwide from the United States. All shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and chosen shipping method. You will see the full shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. During peak periods, promotions, or major race weeks, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods
Domestic (United States)
All U.S. orders are shipped via:
USPS Ground Advantage
Delivery times are calculated at checkout but typically range from 3–7 business days after dispatch. These delivery windows are estimates and may vary based on location, weather, holidays, or USPS operational delays.
International Shipping
All international orders ship via:
FedEx International Connect Plus
Delivery times are calculated at checkout but generally range from 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
Please note:
- Delivery timelines do not include customs processing time
- Some destinations may experience local postal delays
- Duties, VAT, and import taxes vary by country
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Where applicable, sales taxes (including VAT) are calculated and collected at checkout based on your delivery address.
United States
For orders delivered within the United States, applicable sales tax may be calculated and added at checkout depending on your shipping address and local state regulations.
United Kingdom (UK)
For orders delivered within the United Kingdom, all duties and taxes are included in the total price.
You will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery.
European Union (EU)
For orders delivered to the European Union, import duties and any additional customs charges are not included in your order total.
These charges may be applied by local customs authorities and must be paid directly to the courier before delivery. The courier will contact you with further details if payment is required.
As customs policies vary between countries, we are unable to advise on the exact amount that may be charged.
International Orders (outside the UK & EU)
For orders shipped outside the UK and EU, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other customs charges. These are not included in your order total and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are automatically calculated during checkout based on:
- Your delivery address
- Order weight/size
- Selected shipping method
All available options will be shown to you before payment.
Order Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information (where available). You can use this link at any time to track your shipment.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order appears delayed or lost:
1. Please first contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
2. If you need further help after speaking with them, email collectibles@wmmajors.com and we will assist.
Damaged Orders
If your items arrive damaged, please contact us at collectibles@wmmajors.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage
- Photos of the packaging (if possible)
We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Address Changes
If your order has not yet entered processing or been shipped, we may be able to update the shipping address. Please contact collectibles@wmmajors.com as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address.
Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact collectibles@wmmajors.com immediately with your order number.
We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun or after an order has shipped.
Returns & Refunds for Shipped Orders
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- We sent the wrong item, or
- The product arrived damaged or defective
In those cases, WMM will cover return shipping or refund your original shipping cost.
Refund of Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except where WMM has made an error.
Duties & Taxes
Import duties, VAT, or local taxes paid at delivery are not refundable by WMM.
How to Start a Return
Email collectibles@wmmajors.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
We will provide return instructions.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, you may:
1. Return the original item (subject to policy), then
2. Place a new order for the item you want.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Pre-Sale Expo Pick-Up Orders
How Expo Pick-Up Works
If you purchase items through a pre-sale event for expo pick-up, you will collect your order at the designated expo location during official expo hours. Details will be included in your confirmation email.
Pick-Up Requirements
Bring:
- Your order confirmation email
- A valid ID
A third party may pick up your order if they present the confirmation email and order details.
Uncollected Expo Orders
If your expo order is not picked up:
- You will be refunded 80% of the order value
- The remaining 20% covers processing, handling, and event fulfillment costs
Unclaimed expo orders are not shipped after the event.
Expo Order Cancellations
Expo pick-up orders are final once placed. If you cannot attend the expo, the uncollected order policy above applies.
